A new trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 has arrived, and it’s pretty spooky. The sequel to the 2023 film based on the popular game takes place one year after the events of the first movie.
“Former security guard Mike (Josh Hutcherson) and police officer Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail) have kept the truth from Mike’s 11-year-old sister, Abby (Piper Rubio), concerning the fate of her animatronic friends,” reads a line from the film’s description. “But when Abby sneaks out to reconnect with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, it will set into motion a terrifying series of events, revealing dark secrets about the true origin of Freddy’s, and unleashing a long-forgotten horror hidden away for decades.”
Theodus Crane returns as Jeremiah, with Matthew Lillard also coming back to reprise his character, William Afton. The film adds new cast members as well, including Jurassic Park’s Wayne Knight, Annabelle Comes Home’s Mckenna Grace, and Scream star Skeet Ulrich.
