CoD: Warzone 2 Details For DMZ Season 2 Includes New Map, Huge Reset, And MW2-Exclusive Content

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will arrive on February 15, and a new blog post from Activision details all the major changes expected for DMZ mode. The seasonal update will include a new location, boss encounter, and a seasonal wipe. Here is everything you need to know before the start of Season 2 of DMZ.

New DMZ location and map changes

As previously announced, Warzone 2 is getting the brand-new Ashika Island map for Season 2, giving players a new location to infiltrate in DMZ mode. The map features seven main points of interest, and the island includes a new Weapon’s Case event, boss encounter, and more.

Ashika Island will also provide opportunities to find the keycards needed to access DMZ’s locked Building 21 location. The keycards on the island can be obtained in the same manner as the Al Mazrah map, which includes searching the rare orange loot chests, public supply drop events, and the supply drops earned from SAM Site Contracts or from taking out the helicopter commander.
