How to solve the Mogawak Shrine puzzle in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
When you first enter Mogawak Shrine, head to the right side of the room where you’ll see water coming down. Before doing anything else, use your Ultrahand to grab a chest from the water pool here for a Magic Scepter.
Now grab the square panel in the water and attach it to the device above you to create a water wheel so that you can power a small charging spot to your right. Afterward, you can grab the battery from the middle of the shrine and place it on the charging pad to power it up.
