Located in the southeast of Sanctuary, the swamp region of Hawezar is where the later part of the Diablo 4 campaign takes place. This massive region features confusing swamp areas and wet coastal regions, with Altars of Lilith hidden throughout this area. While these altars can be tough to find, we have a complete map of all 34 Altars of Lilith in Hawezar.

Like the other regions of Diablo 4’s open-world, the Altars of Lilith in Hawezar are tucked into corners and hidden in the area. If you approach an area in one of the above maps and can’t immediately find the Altar, you should start checking for any small paths or areas in the local area. If it isn’t there, some Altars are hidden behind breakable objects or within buildings. There are even a few Altars that are located within Strongholds–difficult overworld fortresses–but you don’t have to complete these once you enter, you can just leave after getting the Altar.
What do the Altars of Lilith do?
Collecting an Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4 provides two types of benefits. The first is the more immediate bonus, which provides a permanent benefit to all of your characters in that same world. This bonus can include increased maximum health, increased maximum Murmuring Obols capacity, and flat stat boosts, like +2 Dexterity.
