New Legend Of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Exploit Let This Player Fly Forever

The sky is the limit for one Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player, as they’ve managed to exploit a glitch in the game to create a flying machine that doesn’t require a Zoanite power source. While it’s not the most elegant vehicle ever constructed by Ultrahand, it gets the job done and doesn’t require any fragile components to put together. Reddit user LunisequiouS posted a video of the flying machine to the r/HyruleEngineering community, which shows off how this aircraft can (theoretically) stay in the sky for as long as a player wants it to.

The process involves traveling to the Riverside Stable and making use of a glitch tied to a side quest there to create an “infinite electricity engine” from a buggy Zonai emitter. This particular part provides infinite energy without needing to draw power from Link’s store of batteries, and when attached to a shield that is then transferred to an earlier save file through the older “Zuggling” export, it becomes a part of Link’s in-game character model.

Finally, the component was applied to a vehicle constructed from found parts, creating a perpetual motion engine. If you’re interested in trying out the engine exploit yourself–and possibly winding up in the crosshairs of Hyrule’s oil companies–LunisequiouS has created a guide for the entire process.
