The PlayStation Plus games for the Extra and Premium tiers have been officially revealed, and for fans of JRPGs, strategy, and getting your house in order, there’s plenty to look forward to when these games arrive on September 19.
Confirming a leak from earlier this month, the PS Plus additions this month are headlined by Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, an upgraded version of the original 2010 game, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, a sci-fi mystery epic spanning thirteen intertwining stories, and Star Ocean: The Divine Force, a story-driven space opera with fast-paced combat.
Other highlights this month include Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, an intense game of long-distance marksmanship set deep inside of enemy territory. While Rebellion’s Sniper Elite series has become the gory benchmark for games of this particular niche, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a worthy contender and offers a selection of cool gadgets to employ, highly replayable contracts, and a lot of pressure behind each squeeze of the trigger.
