It’s time to go again with Bayek in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, as the game has received a New Game Plus mode. That’s not all, either, as the patch released yesterday, December 11, introduced an Origins-inspired outfit, parkour enhancements, and tons of bug fixes for the title.
To gain access to New Game Plus, Ubisoft notes Assassin’s Creed Mirage players must have completed the main story. Afterward, they can start a second playthrough with all of their previously earned skills and costumes. This mode also lets people bypass the prologue and take a leap of faith right into Baghdad.
New Game Plus will also immediately give players access to the Origins-inspired Bayek’s Medjay outfit. Ubisoft adds that three dyes can be earned on their second playthrough. Another improvement noted with this patch is letting Bayek jump farther with side and back ejects while doing parkour. A permadeath mode is also in the works for Assassin’s Creed Mirage but won’t arrive until next year.
