The Genshin Impact Dori banner in 3.0 is the only way to get the new pink-haired Electro character, after Tighnari and Collei were available in phase one of the latest Genshin Impact update.

While Tighnari and Collei are both wielders of the new Dendro element, Dori is more familiar as an Electro user. Dori made her first appearance in in Sumeru with the initial release of Genshin Impact 3.0, so we already know that her weapon of choice is a Claymore.
