Game Pass grows
Microsoft has announced the first set of additions to the Game Pass catalog for October 2024, and there are some exciting games coming.
MLB The Show 24 is headed to Game Pass Standard on console beginning October 2. The game launched into Game Pass Ultimate in March, and it’ll soon be available on the lower-priced Standard tier.
Open Roads, meanwhile, is also heading to Game Pass Standard on October 2, following its debut on Game Pass Ultimate in March.
Another notable release for October is the deck-building card game Inscryption, which GameSpot praised upon its release in 2021. Read on to see the full rundown of titles coming to Game Pass in the first half of October. A second set of additions should come later in the month.
October’s new additions to Game Pass come just after Microsoft added four other games to Game Pass, including All You Need Is Help, Legend of Mana, Trials of Mana, and We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie.
In terms of games heading out, Microsoft is dumping five titles from Game Pass on October 15, including Scorn.
