Could a Sims 5 release date be announced in the next few weeks? That’s certainly what the rumour mill is saying thanks to a couple of important updates from publisher EA.

We’ve been playing The Sims 4 for eight years now, and while the life sim is kept fresh by Sims 4 cheats, CC packs and even sex mods, we’re desperate to see a brand-new addition to the series. While Electronic Arts have kept painfully schtum about a new Sims game, there is reason to believe that is all about to change, and that a Sims 5 release date could be near.
