D&D: Honor Among Thieves Lifts Off With $72 Million Worldwide Against A $150 Million Budget

[UPDATE] The weekend numbers are in, and Honor Among Thieves pulled in $38.5 million in the US and Canada over its first weekend, which was at the high end of its $30 million-$40 million estimates. Globally, the movie earned $72 million.

The new D&D film carried a reported $150 million budget, and studio head Chris Aronson told Deadline that the full story of how Honor Among Thieves performed will be told in the weeks to come.

“With great exits score and a $71M global start, the story on Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves isn’s going to be finished until well into its run,” Aronson, the domestic distribution boss at Paramount, said.
