Evangline Lilly recently visited actor Jeremy Renner, who broke 30 bones in a New Year’s Day snow plow accident, and commented that Renner’s recovery is a “straight-up miracle.”
Speaking to Access Hollywood (via Deadline), Lilly said Renner has “recovered like a mofo.” She said she got goosebumps when visiting Renner recently and seeing the progress he’s made.
“I was like, ‘Why are you mobile? Why are you mobile? What’s happening?'” she said. “I expected to sit at his bedside and hold his hand while he moaned and groaned in pain. But he was wheeling himself around, laughing with friends. It’s a miracle. It’s a straight-up miracle.”
