Free-To-Play Madden Competitor Maximum Football Gets New Unreal Engine 5 Trailer

With many eyes in the sporting world focused on football this week due to the Super Bowl, Modus Games has released a new trailer for its upcoming Maximum Football game.

Additionally, the developer confirmed more details about the title, including that it will be free-to-play and launch this spring for PC via Steam Early Access. The game is being made in Epic’s Unreal Engine 5, and the trailer provides the first look at what fans can expect.

Maximum Football, which is an unlicensed game that doesn’t use NFL or NCAA teams or players, includes both college and professional rule sets. It also allows players to customize many aspects of their team, including the roster, logo, jerseys, helmets, and specific pieces of equipment.
