The offer, which you can pick up here, is running until August 15, so you have more than a month to add it to your account. It doesn’t matter what kind of PlayStation Plus subscription you have; you just need the Essential tier at the very least. Don’t expect anything big like wishes, though, it’s mostly just some resources that will help you level up your characters.
