Pokemon Legends: Arceus Ultimate Golem Guide

Pokemon Legends: Arceus takes place in the early years of the Pokemon universe when humans and Pokémon did not get along. The setting of this game, the Hisui region of the Pokemon universe, will eventually become the Sinnoh region.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus Ultimate Golem Guide

In the Galaxy Expedition Team (also referred to as the Galaxy Team) of the Jubilife Village, the player will be assigned a position in the Survey Corps, which is in charge of researching the Pokemon in the region. To complete Hisui’s first Pokédex, which is used to learn about Pokémon, the player must capture every Pokémon in this region.

In this guide, we will learn everything you need to know about Golem!

Golem

Golem, the 48th Pokemon in the Hisuian Pokedex, is a Rock and Ground type Megaton Pokemon that is similar to a boulder and a tortoise with a round body that is covered with a hard shell of green-plated rocks, a brown head with a pair red eyes, a flat snout, and two pointed teeth sticking out of its wide mouth, a pair of short, brown arms with three claws on each hand, and a pair of brown legs with each having four claws in the front and one claw in the back. Golem’s rocklike shell sheds every year, and the discarded shell crumbles and regresses back to soil, which can be used and spread across fields to promote crop growth, according to its Pokedex entry in the game.

Basic Information

Golem is a Rock and Ground type Pokemon which means it has a weakness to Fighting type, Ground-type, Ice-type, Steel type, and especially Grass type and Water-type moves (super effective), resistance to Fire-type, Flying type, Normal type, Rock type, and especially Poison type moves (not very effective), and immunity to Electric-type moves (no effect).

Golem’s base stats are 80 HP, 120 Attack, 130 Defense, 55 Special Attack, 65 Special Defense, and 45 Speed, for a total of 495.

Golem is evolved from a Graveler when it is traded or if a Linking Cord is used, which is evolved from a Geodude when it reaches Level 25.

Golem prefers Crunchy Salts if the player wants to try to lure it with food before catching it.

When a Golem is beaten or caught, the player will receive a Seed of Mastery and an Exp. Candy L.

Location

Golem can only be found in the following location:

Coronet Highlands: in Bolderoll Ravine.

The Golem that can be found in the location above is a Level 60 Alpha Pokemon and can be found in these locations at all times of the day and in every weather condition.

Aside from that, the player can find Golem in Massive Mass Outbreaks in the Obsidian Fieldlands, in the Cobalt Coastlands, and in the Coronet Highlands.

Research Tasks

The following are the Research Tasks in Golem’s Pokedex entry:

Multiplier Research Task Objectives
x2 Number caught 1/2/4/6/10
Number of alpha specimens caught 1/2/3
Number defeated 1/2/4/6/10
Number you’ve defeated with Steel type moves 1/2/3
Times you’ve seen it use Stealth Rock 1/3/6/12/25
x2 Times you’ve seen it use Double-Edge 1/3/8/20/40
x2 Times you’ve seen it use a strong style move 1/2/4/10/15

The player must fulfill an objective for a particular Research Task to increase a Golem’s Research Level by one, with the exception of objectives having a multiplier of x2, which increases two Research Levels for each one completed. The player needs to advance to Research Level 10 in order to finish Golem’s Pokedex entry.

To quickly complete Golem’s Pokedex entry, the player must catch one Golem, which ticks the first objective of the “number caught” Research Entry (and the “number of alpha specimens caught” Research Task if the Golem caught is an Alpha Pokemon) to add two Research Levels thanks to its x2 multiplier, and use it in battle then use Double-Edge in strong style three times, which ticks the first and second objectives of the “times you have seen it use Double-Edge” and the “times you have seen it use a strong style move” Research Tasks to add 8 Research Levels thanks to their x2 multiplier, to reach Research Level 10.
