Nintendo and the Pokemon Company have officially announced two upcoming expansions for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, last year’s entry in the mainline series. The Hidden treasure of Area Zero will be released in two parts, with Part 1: The Teal Mask arriving in Fall 2023. Part 2: The Indigo Disk is scheduled for Winter 2023, and both DLC adventures will expand beyond the borders of the Paldea region.
Part 1’s story will take place in the land of Kitekami, while Part 2’s story unfolds in Blueberry Academy. Each part will have new Pokemon to capture from previous generations, as well as two new legendary Pokemon. Ogrepon is described as a Pokemon with a fearsome mask and can be caught in Pokemon Scarlet, while Terrapagos has a glittering aura and is exclusive to Pokemon Violet.
