In other Xbox Series X bundle news, you can save some cash on an Xbox Series X Diablo IV bundle plus an extra free game like Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, and more at the Microsoft Store. Microsoft has also announced we are getting $50 off select Xbox Series X and Series S consoles from November 18.
This features the Xbox Series S Starter Bundle for just $249.99, which also includes 3-months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free alongside, which is another $45 in savings as well. Plus, the Xbox Series X Diablo IV and Forza Horizon 5 bundles will be also be $50 off for Black Friday.
Although there isn’t an imminent ‘slim’ model release for Xbox consoles, as the mid-gen refresh isn’t expected until around 2024 according to leaked court documents, Microsoft can still leverage Black Friday as a prime opportunity to regain market share. Xbox Game Deals
Not a whole lot of great Xbox game deals are live yet for Black Friday, but you can expect the faucet to turn on big-time on Friday, November 17. That’s when both Amazon and Best Buy kick of their true Black Friday deals in earnest.
Best Xbox Game Pass Deals for Black Friday
We all heard about the Xbox Game Pass price hike that Microsoft implemented recently. A month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now costs $16.99, a hefty fee. But, if you weren’t aware, you can actually still circumvent this change by buying Game Pass codes from retailers like Amazon who haven’t yet increased their prices to reflect the change. Paying $44.99 isn’t a huge discount versus the $50.97 Microsoft charges, but it’s not nothing. Also, it’s very possible the price drops lower at some point during Black Friday.

Best Xbox Accessory Deals for Black Friday
Xbox Wireless Controllers were a hot item last Black Friday, available at a discounted price of $39, a substantial $20-$25 off their regular cost. If history repeats itself, this deal will be a standout offer that’s hard to beat. For now, Microsoft has only stated we’re getting a $10 discount, bringing them down to $49. This isn’t as good of a deal, but well worth keeping an eye on incase other retailers bring the price down further.
Another essential accessory to keep an eye on is Xbox SSD expansion cards, and looking at recent deals on Xbox-compatible SSDs, we expect to see 1TB cards drop to around $100-125. In fact, we only recently saw a great deal on the WD Black C50 Expansion Card for $125, so you can expect to see that return in the near future.
