Square Enix has announced the Life Is Strange Collection for PS5. This brings all five single-player, narrative-driven adventure games to one fairly affordable package.

The Life Is Strange Collection is a retail-exclusive, physical-only version that brings every entry of the Square Enix series into one package. As of right now, the collection is only available for PS5 and will cost $49.99. This means players will get all five games and their DLC for roughly $10 each. Players can grab their copy when it releases on October 2. Preorders start today on Square Enix’s online shop.

Overall, the Life Is Strange series has been well-received by critics. The entry that garnered the worst reception was last year’s Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, which received an average score of 73 according to the review aggregate site Metacritic. The best is the first entry, which received an average score of 85. We’ve reviewed several entries from the series, including Life Is Strange: True Colors, which we gave a 9 out of 10.
“Fortunately, Life is Strange: True Colors manages to alleviate a lot of these frustrations through the main character’s superpower of psychic empathy,” reads our review. “Better yet, True Colors eschews much of the problematic, bordering-on-trauma-porn aspects of its predecessors to provide players with a story that focuses on healing rather than hurting.”
