Last week, Sony and Sucker Punch held a State of Play presentation for their upcoming PS5 open-world action game Ghost of Yotei. At the tail end of the showcase, it was revealed that there would be a limited edition consoles and accessories based on the anticipated PlayStation exclusive. We’ve compiled all the necessary information below for players looking to get their hands on the upcoming items.
Ghost of Yotei PS5 consoles and accessories: prices, where to buy, and when to preorder
The Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition PS5 console bundles and accessories make up most of the items in this collection. The themed PS5 console and DualSense controller can be purchased at select retailers and PlayStation Direct. The PS5 and PS5 Pro covers can also be bought at PlayStation Direct, as well as select retailers where PlayStation Direct is not available.
Pricing for all of the items listed below has yet to be announced. We will update the article once pricing is revealed. For now, looking at previously released limited edition items may give us an idea of what to expect. Limited Edition controllers on PlayStation Direct cost $84.99. There aren’t any Limited Edition slim PS5 consoles, but the Spider-Man 2 console had a retail price of $599.99, $100 more than the regular console.

Exclusive to PlayStation Direct, a black version of the Ghost of Yotei PS5 bundle and controller will be available to purchase. Again, pricing has yet to be announced, but expect similar pricing to the previously released Spider-Man 2 console and accessories.

A preorder date for the above items has yet to be revealed. As Spider-Man 2 also had an October release, using Insomniac’s superhero game as a way to predict when players can start preordering may prove useful. In 2023, the Spider-Man 2 limited edition console and accessories were available to preorder in late July. Although it isn’t entirely certain, this could mean preorders for the Ghost of Yotei limited edition PS5 bundles and accessories could go up around the same time.
