Are you planning to complete The Many Flowers of Flabebe in Pokemon Legends: Z-A? This is one of the earliest side quests that you can tackle in the game. Side Mission 12: The Many Flowers of Flabebe comes from an NPC named Vivace. You’ll meet her in the southwest corner of the map right in front of the salon. If you don’t see her in that area, then you might need to progress further into the campaign until additional quests become available.

The Pokemon Legends: Z-A Many Flowers of Flabebe quest tasks you with finding not one, not two, but five color variations of the creature. These are the red, yellow, blue, white, and orange hues.
