Pokemon Legends: Arceus Ultimate Ralts Guide

One of the goals of Pokemon Legends: Arceus is to make the franchise’s beloved line, “Gotta catch ’em all,” a reality.  The player will become part of the Survey Corps, assigned to studying everything there is to know about the ancient Hisui region’s Pokemon. Also, the legendary Pokemon Arceus will ask the player to meet every Pokemon in the region.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus Ultimate Ralts Guide

This guide will discuss everything you need to know about Ralts!

Ralts

Ralts, the 101st Pokemon in the Hisuian Pokedex, is a Psychic and Fairy-type Feeling Pokemon that has a small white body, a round head, a pair of small eyes with red irises and black pupils, a small mouth, green hair that looks like a bowl cut and covers most of its face, a pair of flat, red horns on top of its head with one on the front and one on the back, a pair of thin arms with stubby hands, and a pair of legs that widen towards its feet with an extension trailing at the back of its feet that makes it look like it is wearing a nightgown.

According to its Pokedex entry in the game, Ralts prefers people with lively personalities to those who are sad, and Ralts doesn’t discriminate against people’s age or gender.

Basic Information

Ralts is a Psychic and Fairy-type Pokemon which means it is weak (super effective) to Ghost-type, Poison-type, and Steel-type moves, resistant (not very effective) to Psychic-type and especially Fighting-type moves, and immunity (no effect) to Dragon-type moves.

Ralts’s base stats are 28 HP, 25 Attack, 25 Defense, 45 Special Attack, 35 Special Defense, and 40 Speed for 198.

Ralts can be evolved into a Kirlia once it reaches Level 20. Kirlia can then be evolved to a Gardevoir once it reaches Level 30, or a male Kirlia can be evolved to a Gallade by using a Dawn Stone.

Springy Mushrooms, Dazzling Honey, Hearty Grains, and Plump Beans are Ralts’ favorite foods. These foods and berries can occupy or feed Ralts, allowing them to be caught or fought while it is unaware.

When a Ralts is caught or defeated in the wild, it drops a Medicinal Leek and a Ball of Mud, which the player receives.

Location

To find a Ralts, the player can head to these areas:

In the Crimson Mirelands: in the Shrouded Ruins and Gapejaw Bog.

In the Alabaster Icelands: in Heart’s Crag and Snowpoint Temple.

The player can visit these locations at any time of the day and in any weather condition to find Ralts.

There is also a chance that the player will come across a group of Ralts during Massive Mass Outbreaks in the Alabaster Icelands.

Research Tasks

The following are the Research Tasks in Ralts’s Pokedex entry:

Multiplier Research Task Objectives
x2 Number caught 1/3/6/12/25
x2 Number of small specimens you have caught 1/2/5/7/10
Number you have caught without being spotted 1/2/5/10/20
Number defeated 1/2/4/10/15
Times you have seen it use Hypnosis 1/3/6/12/25
Times you have given it food 1/2/3/4/5
x2 Number you have evolved 1/2/3

Finishing a Research Task objective with an x2 multiplier produces two Research Levels while completing a Research Task objective without an x2 multiplier generates only one Research Level. To be considered finished, a Pokemon’s Pokedex entry needs to reach Research Level 10

Completing Pokedex entries and Research Task objectives leads to  Research Points being awarded to the player. A player’s Star Rank in the Galaxy Team will increase if they earn enough Research Points.

To quickly complete Ralts’s Pokedex entry, the player can feed a Ralts food or berries five times, then catch three more, with at least one caught without the player being spotted. Doing these will fulfill the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth objectives of the “Times you have given it food” Research Task to give five Research Levels, tick the first and second objective of the “Number caught” Research Task to raise four Research Levels because of its x2 multiplier, and fulfill the first objective of the “Number you have caught without being spotted” Research Task to gain the last Research Level needed to get to Research Level 10 finally.
