Netflix subscribers rarely come to the platform for games, but there are certainly some gems worth checking out from the platform once in a while. To jump in on the Transformers hype with Rise of the Beasts, we have a new trailer for the game Transformers: Forged to Fight.

Just like the recent movies, it looks like the game is going to be embracing the G1 appearances of the Transformers as well as the more familiar looks for the Beast Wars characters. I mean, Michael Bay’s films defined the franchise for a generation, but you have to love the retro/modern feel of the new G1-based designs that have been started out in the Bumblebee movie.

Though there have been attempts at a AAA Transformers game before, developers just haven’t been able to get to that sweet spot. With the resurgence of Transformers in the big screen though, maybe we could be getting a bigger game in the franchise soon.

Heck, I might even settle for a remake of Fall of Cyberton.
