PS5 players were surprised to discover new PS Store listings for a highly-demanded game series on console. SCS Software is bringing two games from its Truck Simulator series to console at an unspecified date. The listings appeared on PS Store in multiple regions this morning.

Truck Simulator series comes to PS5 with American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2

2012’s Euro Truck Simulator 2 and 2016’s American Truck Simulator are both headed to PS5. The listings don’t mention any DLC or mods, so we’ll have to wait for an official announcement to find out what the PS5 versions will entail.

Both games can be wishlisted on the PS Store now, and going by the dozens of threads we’re seeing pop up on gaming forums, PS5 players simply can’t wait.

“Experience legendary American trucks and deliver various cargoes across sunny California, sandy Nevada, and the Grand Canyon State of Arizona,” reads a page for American Truck Simulator.

“Travel across Europe as king of the road, a trucker who delivers important cargo across impressive distances!” says the listing for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

While there’s no word on DLC or mods, Euro Truck Simulator 2’s PS Store page states that players will be able to explore dozens of cities whereas American Truck Simulator teases “a journey through the breathtaking landscapes and widely recognized landmarks around the States.”
